Orders & Shipping

What are your delivery charges?
Our standard delivery charges are Rs. 200 delivery charges, all over Pakistan. We also offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,000.
How can I change/cancel my order?

Please Whatsapp us immediately at 0334-2088082 with the subject title “CHANGE OF ADDRESS/CANCEL MY ORDER”, depending on your preference with along your order number. 

We will do our best to make the amendments before your order is dispatched and inform you.

Exchanges & Returns

How do I return/exchange an item?

You are required to return the items within 3 days of receiving the product in order to get a refund or exchange. Customers can request for Returns and exchanges by contacting us on our WhatsApp number +92-334-2088082.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method which was used to make the purchase. Please note that for refunds or exchange, the previous products should be in the same condition as they were delivered.

Shipping Information

What are your delivery days?

Estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days.

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day from our Karachi Studio. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note during peak sale periods orders may be dispatched 1-2 business days later than expected.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are simply a guide, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order and we will be more than happy to provide an update.

Gifting Service

How can i gift wrap my parcel?

If you want to Gift wrap your parcel, simply click add a wrap button appearing on checkout page, personalize your message and send it to us. We will make sure your loved one likes the packaging as well.
